💪 Anti-cellulite massage: In a 100-ml bottle, mix

• 50 ml of avocado oil,
• 50 ml of calophyllum oil,
• 20 drops of grapefruit essential oil.

Massage the problem areas using a suction cup if necessary.

⚠️ Grapefruit essential oil is photosensitizing: avoid sun exposure for 6 hours after application.

• 30 ml of avocado oil into a bowl,
• 5 g of cutina and 12 drops of vitamin E.
• Pour 90 ml of orange blossom hydrosol,
• 0.3 g of baking soda into a second bowl.
• Heat water in two pots. Place both bowls in a double boiler over the simmering water and let the mixtures heat up without stirring or mixing.
• Immediately pour the aqueous phase into the oil phase and beat for at least 5 minutes until you achieve a smooth, creamy texture.
• Finally, gradually add

• 15 drops of Bourbon geranium essential oil.
