Shipping policy

Shipping

The following conditions apply:

Delivery is handled by DHL.
Shipping costs include Value Added Tax (VAT).

Domestic deliveries in Germany (upto 5kg):

Shipping costs are 4.99 €.
Free shipping is offered on orders over 39.99 €.

Minimum order value

There is no minimum order value with us.

Delivery times

Your order will be processed immediately with us, but no later than the next working day after receipt.
Our current transportation partner, DHL, states that their delivery takes 1-2 business days within Germany.
Please note that we don't deliver on the weekends or public holidays.

Delays

Longer delivery times may occur during peak periods and sales events.
Transportation company will inform you about the delivery status.
In case of a delay in delivery, you will be informed by e-mail.

Partial deliveries

If we can't deliver some of the goods you have ordered for any reason, these goods will be separately delivered to you free of charge.

Reservation

We reserve the right to provide a service (goods or service) of equivalent quality and price, or not to provide the promised service if it is not available (in that case, your payment be refunded within 10 business days).
