• Limonene, which makes up over 90% of Sweet Orange essential oil, is bactericidal, antifungal, and antiviral. It is particularly effective against fungi that cause lung infections and helps purify the air. Diffusing it into the air is therefore highly recommended.

• The preferred methods of use are diffusion and oral administration.
